DESTRUCTION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY IN INDIA

We are an independent nation. We are granted all civil rights by the constitution. But do we deserve? I think NO! First we should carefully understand our right to protest and raise our rightfull demands. We should know that law does not permit us to desturb others or damage private or public property during our protests. We have no right to make othersfeel the heat of our protest.
Generally we see people (most of the cases) students damaging buses, burning trains, destroying public/private property just to draw the attention of the government on their demands.
I think it is the responsibility of the government, politicians and the police to protect the life and property of people and government property at large. These people besides taking legal action should be liable to pay the damages caused to the life and property either individually or collectively. These people have donemore harm to the country than the wars and terrorists during the last 50 years. It should be handled with iron hand in par with terrorists.
